If something’s not working the way it should, just shoot us an email at hello@aesthgaming.com.au with your order details and a quick photo or video. We’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund — fast, friendly, and fuss-free.
Right now, we’re delivering AESTH goods across Australia and New Zealand. Outside that zone but still need to level up your setup? contact us — we’ll see what we can do to get AESTH gear to your doorstep.
For Australian orders, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days — often faster. If there’s an unexpected delay (cheers, AusPost), we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
International orders usually arrive within 2–3 weeks, depending on your location.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 3 business day, please contact us.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to tweak it before it leaves HQ. Once it’s out the door, it’s locked and loaded — but we’ll still do what we can to help if something’s not right.
We get it — sometimes things don’t quite match the setup. If your order isn’t what you expected, contact us within 30 days and we’ll hook you up with a full refund. Easy as that.
